It was 22 mins drive to the airport. The staff were affable and accommodating up until the day we left.

Tbh, there was no breakfast, plus Wi-Fi was slow.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying an industrial area, really close to the industrial area and downtown. We only slept at the king room with a comfy bed, but greatly enjoyed it.

We had a really comfortable stay in this hip new hotel. The venue was in a comfortable location close to downtown, San Luis Potosi, and the restaurant. It also was near the center.

Disappointing aspect was not so clean bathroom.

Modern hip new hotel with excellent value, we had a really comfortable stay. Location : the venue was not far from near a mall and restaurants and a mall, gas station and bus depot. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Plaza Sendero San Luis. The room was brand-new and clean with a comfy bed and we loved the stay.

Their staff were poor.

The location was favourable because it was so close to San Luis Potosi, a central Mexico industrial city, and restaurants or shops. In general the staff were LOVELY and accommodating.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with two complimentary amenities offered. The location was also convenient and easily accessible by car. we appreciated the advantage of having friendly staff who communicated effectively in English.

The rooms were overpriced and lacked a telephone, making it challenging to contact the front desk. The hotel's restaurant did not meet our expectation, and the food was substandard.

This hotel in San Luis Potosi exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent - we got a clean and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even went out of their way to accommodate our needs, such as allowing our dogs to stay with us. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided in the room, including the AC, TV, and hot shower. And lastly, the breakfast included in our stay was a great bonus, providing us with a good start to the day.
